The Vollrath HPI4-3000 High Power 4-Series induction range keeps heating even when the pan is lifted or tilted to sauté or flip. It sets power from 1 to 100% or temperature from 80 to 450 °F in single degrees; the included probe holds sauces and stocks at the selected temperature, and four three-stage programs deliver repeatable results.
