The Omcan 43450 electric salamander broiler (model CE-CN-0580-S) browns, gratinates and finishes dishes quickly thanks to quartz elements that heat up as soon as they are switched on. The top grill adjusts in height to bring the heat close to the dish with minimal heat loss, and the heating supply is adjustable to suit the cooking.
Stainless steel construction, removable base tray for cleaning, rubber feet for countertop use, wall mount kit included to free up the work surface. 240 V single-phase 3.2 kW version; item 39581 (CE-CN-1506-S) on the same sheet is the 120 V, 1.8 kW version.
