Product description
The Atosa CookRite ATFS-75 gas fryer runs on propane with 5 stainless steel tube burners (150,000 BTU/h total) and a 75 lb oil vat; thermostatic control, standby pilots, self-resetting high-temperature limiting device and safety valve, 200 to 400 °F range. The cool zone at the bottom of the tank traps particles and extends oil life.
Two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles, basket hanger, stainless steel structure and exterior, four casters. Propane version of the CookRite series (the ICC code distinguishes propane from natural gas).
