The Vollrath Cayenne 72425 round food warmer (model SS-4) keeps ice cream toppings, nacho cheese and sauces hot, right in a 4-1/8 qt inset or a No. 10 can set in its 6 in well. The capillary tube thermostat, set with the front dial, only supplies power when the temperature calls for it.

Stainless steel exterior meets UL surface temperature standards: the heat stays in the well, not on the outside surface or the rim. Designed to hold preheated food above the 140 °F HACCP danger zone, it meets the NSF 4 performance standard for hot food holding. Non-skid feet, 6 ft bottom-exit cord.
