The True TUC-27F-D-2-HC undercounter freezer holds frozen foods and ice cream at -10 °F in two stainless steel drawers, each sized for one full-size 12 x 20 x 6 in pan; optional divider bars allow other pan configurations. The oversized, factory-balanced forced-air refrigeration system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant; defrost is automatic and the condensing unit slides out at the back for maintenance.

Stainless steel front, top and ends, GalFan coated steel back, aluminum interior with coved-corner stainless steel floor; stainless steel drawer facings and frames, heavy-duty slides removable without tools, magnetic gaskets, 12 in recessed handles. 5 in castors with locks on the front set.
