The True T-72-HC reach-in refrigerator stores product in three sections behind self-closing solid stainless steel doors with lifetime guaranteed hinges and standard locks. The capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant, bottom-mounted where the air is coolest, holds 33 to 38 °F; the exterior temperature display and LED interior lighting, switched above the doors, make kitchen work easier.
Stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends, GalFan coated steel back, aluminum interior with coved-corner stainless steel floor; foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Nine shelves adjustable in 1/2 in increments, 4 in castors with locks on the front set, storage on top of the cabinet, condenser coil easily accessible for cleaning. Manufacturer options: 6 in legs, factory-installed alternate door hinging, additional shelves, bun tray racks.
