Product description
The Robot Coupe Blixer® 20 is designed to prepare texture-modified meals from raw or cooked ingredients in a minimum of time (manufacturer's sheet). Direct-drive induction motor (no belt) for intensive use, magnetic safety and motor brake, stainless-steel bowl, fine-serrated blade assembly for a uniform consistency even with small quantities, see-through lid with a central opening to add liquids or ingredients during processing. Manufacturer's sheet attached. Same range as the Blixer 8 (Blixer family: one axis, bowl capacity).
