The Omcan 49171 electric range combines six round 9 in 2 kW hot plates with a standard oven, thermostat-controlled from 150 to 550 °F and heated from top and bottom, for high-demand kitchens. Welded frame, stainless steel exterior, insulated oven door, pull-out front crumb tray and adjustable heavy-duty legs. It requires a 208 V three-phase supply (17 kW) connected by an electrician.
