Product description
The Trento 49098 (CE-IT-0045PLUS) pasta cooker cooks fresh, dry or frozen pasta, as well as rice, vegetables, potatoes and seafood: 1 tank of 11.89 US gal, double burner, each stamped from a single piece of salt-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel and insulated with a ceramic-fiber blanket. The burners concentrate heat at the rear, creating a natural convective flow that stirs the water and carries starch to the skim drain; the double burner of the PLUS models speeds recovery, useful for frozen pasta. AISI 304 stainless-steel body with rounded corners, perforated top with drainage channels, LP conversion kit included. The gas pressure regulator is not included and installation must be done by a certified technician. Manufacturer's sheet attached. Selector with the 49100 (2 tanks, 35.43 in).
