The Vulcan EV36S-6FP240 36 in electric restaurant range combines six 2 kW French plates with a 5 kW standard oversized oven that takes 18 x 26 in sheet pans both ways. Cool-to-the-touch knobs, oven controls protected from heat in an insulated side compartment, heavy-duty oven door with integrated hinge and spring requiring no adjustment. 0 in side and rear clearance (range only, sheet). Accessories sold separately (extra rack, casters, ESB36 salamander…). Manufacturer's sheet attached (shared by EV36S-6FP208, -240 and -480).
