Product description
The Merrychef eikon e3 high-speed oven combines microwave and convection to cook up to six times faster than a conventional oven, per the manufacturer's sheet. Its turntable gives very even browning; the easyTouch screen programs profiles of up to six stages, each with its own time and microwave power, and the USB stick transfers up to 1,024 profiles between sites. Designed for call-order counters, bakeries, smaller restaurants and snack stands. Manufacturer's sheet attached.
