Alto-Shaam double warming drawer. These drawers offer an ideal way to store an additional food supply when serving large groups. Stainless steel for easy cleaning. Each drawer is large enough to hold a 20" x 6" pan, 12 deep, with a maximum of 36 pounds of product.
Durable construction for commercial needs. The 500-2DN drawer uses digital controls to easily adjust temperatures from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while an internal sensor accurately gauges the internal temperature for fast recovery.
