The Atosa CookRite ATTG-36 griddle offers 36 in of cooking surface for continuous service: its 1 in thick polished steel plate holds heat well, and each of its three 12 in sections has its own 25,000 BTU/h burner and independent thermostat, to cook at different temperatures side by side. Standby pilots, stainless steel grease drawer and adjustable legs. Manufacturer's sheet attached (shared by the ATTG-24, ATTG-36 and ATTG-48).
